2015 District Convention Invite

You are invited to the 2014-15 Annual District Convention and Training Workshop scheduled for August 13 to 15, 2015 in Calgary, Alberta. Enjoy the hospitality of the Optimist Clubs in Calgary, Airdrie and High River and take the opportunity to meet with the District Team led by our Governor, Dan Petersen.  You will also get to meet our Governor for 2015-16, Edie Harris from Blackfalds.

Upcoming District Meeting

Howdy Fellow Optimists.

The Agenda for the 3rd Quarter District Meeting and Workshops is now available for download. LGs, Club Presidents and District Team Members are asked to let me know if you will be attending.  The Great Falls clubs are working hard to make sure we have a successful meeting.

Please note on the agenda that we’re going to repeat what we did in Medicine Hat and have a “session” in the morning where you’ll be available to answer questions and discuss your particular area of expertise.  It would be wonderful if you have some “visual aids” that might give the attendees a sense of what you’re doing.
