A special evening is being planned for
October 26. The registration desk will open at 5:00 pm. From 7:00 to 9:00 pm
you will be treated to a reception featuring some surprise entertainment,
munchies, and bargain priced refreshments. It will be an ideal opportunity to
renew old acquaintances and make new friends.
The deadline for our special rate hotel
rooms and early registration savings is fast approaching. We have plenty of
rooms on hold but only until September 26. You are encouraged to phone the toll
free number so you can quote the Optimist number that is on our registration
form. The Park Town Hotel will pamper you with “Simple Elegance”.
